Telenor Sweden opens customer care all night to reflect use

Telenor Sweden said it now provides round-the-clock customer services through every channel, to reflect increasing use of mobile Internet service during evenings. Telenor added that the mobile network is more heavily used at 00:30 hrs than at 08:30 hrs.

 

Telenor Sweden said it now provides round-the-clock customer services through every channel, to reflect increasing use of mobile internet service during the evenings. It said mobile internet usage has more than quadrupled in the past four years, with the greatest increase between 23:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs, when it has increased by six times. Internet usage peaks between 21:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs. Telenor added that the mobile network is more heavily used at 00:30 hrs than at 08:30 hrs.
