Kazakhstan: Kar-Tel expands customer service bot to social networks

Kar-Tel (the Beeline Kazakhstan brand) has expanded access to its virtual adviser Dana. The bot has become available on Facebook Messenger and Telegram, as well as over the mobile application My Beeline for Android and iOS devices. The operator combined the services of the bot and online chat in a single interface.
